Due to the demand of our Clients, we are now carrying out large-scale contracts in the Midlands, London, Bristol and Cheltenham. When we can, we use local labour in these projects.
At the beginning of this year, we started a 1-year contract in Cardiff for Inroads. This is to convert a former Backpackers’ Hostel into a drug and alcohol treatment centre, and is funded by the Welsh Government.
In May we finished the conversion works on a pair of semi-detached houses in Birmingham; which are now a Specialist Care Home, encompassing 8 self-contained flats.
We have been appointed to undertake the full renovation of an existing Care Home in the Cheltenham area.
We have also been appointed to convert a large new-build property in Nuneaton. This is being re-designed to accommodate 7 No. self-contained flats, again for use in the specialist care industry.
We are currently undertaking a large re-modelling/conversion contract on an exclusive property in the Llangennith area.
Bearing in mind our roots, we still carry out small-scale works, including day-to-day repairs.
